years, drives with a purpose to help organisations to become climate resilient and

With various accomplishments, degrees and certifications to her name, Motcha
carries rich experience with global exposure making her mark in the UK, Africa,
Middle East and PAN India.
A Masters from the University of Leeds, UK and an Engineering graduate from SRM
University, Chennai, Motcha has worked extensively in large scale industrial and
infrastructure projects focussing on Environmental impact assessments,
sustainability reporting, energy audits and ESG reporting in line with both national
and international frameworks.
